If a refund request is made before work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund.
✅ Within 7 Days (If No Significant Work Completed)
If you request a refund within 7 days of payment and minimal work has been completed, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing fees.
❌ After Work Has Started
Once substantial work has begun (including research, planning, design drafts, campaign setup, or strategy development), refunds will not be issued.
❌ Completed Services
No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully delivered or completed.
4. Monthly & Subscription Services
For ongoing monthly services:
- You may cancel anytime with 7–14 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be provided for the current billing period once work has started.
- Services will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
